Company Description

Health Check Physical Therapy, established in 2002, is an independently owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic serving communities in and around Chester County, PA. Our mission is to provide top-quality physical therapy services to our patients in a professional, supportive and caring environment.

Two of our Physical Therapists, Thomas Suspenski, PT, ATC and Chris Cush, DPT have 50 years combined experience treating sports-related and orthopedic conditions. Owner Tom Suspenski has provided care to Delaware Valley Athletes including the Philadelphia Eagles. Chris Cush comes from a sports orthopedic background. He has worked with collegiate and high school athletes. Currently Chris works with local running groups, gyms, and golf clubs.

Why You Should Join Our Team

As one of our Physical Therapists, you will treat clients one-on-one while working alongside mentors interested in fine-tuning your manual skills including joint mobilization massage and both Active Release Technique and Graston Technique. You will be exposed to the latest modalities like Dry Needling and Radial Pulse Wave Therapy which are used in our treatment plans to enhance musculoskeletal healing. Our mentors will teach new members of our team various functional activities and exercise progressions that improve treatment outcomes. This knowledge, and so much more, will enhance both your professional and personal growth. Additionally, it will prepare you to speak to local sports clubs and community groups about the benefits of seeking out the highest quality physical therapy whenever a need arises.
