Tom Suspenski, PT, ATC, owner and founder of Health Check Physical Therapy, is a graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University.

Lindsey

DPT

Lindsey Cornish, PT, DPT, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2025 after completing her B.S. in Exercise Science at West Chester University.

Chris

Partner, DPT

Chris Cush, DPT earned his Bachelors in Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University. He has worked with top level athletes from professional to high school level.

I have been to several PT’s over the years and Health Check was by far the best. From easy scheduling to a very knowledgeable, supportive, staff the whole experience was great!  I went in with lower back / hip pain and over the course of a few weeks Chris, Sam, and the rest of the team helped me to get stronger so I could get out and enjoy my life again, pain free!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Health Check Physical Therapy to anyone who has a medical condition requiring follow-up care. I underwent a total replacement of my right knee in January 2026, and I was treated at Health Check by Tom Suspenski, the owner of the business and a therapist there. All in all, I went to see Tom 27 times between January and May. At each visit, he would use his hands to loosen up the muscles and tendons in and around my knee, and then direct me to one of his assistants to oversee a regimen of exercises designed to increase my mobility. They had me do many of the same exercises at home. Thanks to Tom and his staff, I’ve made an excellent recovery from my surgery, and I’ve been able to return to prior activities like cutting our lawn with a push mower and playing golf. In addition to being highly capable, Tom and his staff are very friendly, and I will not hesitate to contact Health Check again for any future physical therapy needs I may have.
